Natural
Stone Countertops are becoming a standard in most American
households and are consistently ranked as one of the best
ways to increase the value of your home. They are easy
to maintain and they are the most durable surface you
can use for kitchen countertops. You can never go wrong
with adding granite countertops to your home.
One
of the most difficult tasks for natural stone countertop
customers is selecting a fabricator who will cut, polish
and install your countertops. Not all fabricators are
the same. Fabrication of natural stone is an art. Our
thorough knowledge of granite fabrication, design techniques
and state of the art machinery coupled with our talented
craftsmen insures that you will receive the highest quality
product every time.
Another
difficult task is selecting the color that will look best
in their kitchens. We suggest that you bring in items
such as; a cabinet door, floor tile and a paint chip from
your project area .
Most people install new sinks when when they upgrade or
remodel their kitchens and bathrooms. There are two types
of sinks commonly used with granite countertops, referred
to as top mount and under mount. The top mount sink has
a top rim and it sets down into the countertop. The under
mount sink is glued or bolted underneath the countertop.
Sinks may be stainless steel, composite, or a number of
other materials. When choosing a sink, it is vitally important
to make certain that the sink will fit in the cabinet
in which it is to be mounted. Keep in mind that the cabinet
must always be wider than the sink, i.e. a 30" sink
will not fit in a 30" cabinet. There must also be
ample room available for the faucet of your choice and
any other accessories you may select. We carry a complete
line of porcelain and stainless steel sinks for any application.
We carry the full line of Blanco products.
